Linda, Captain Gourmet’s co-owner.

Born in France, she was working as a designer until she meet Nicolas in Paris.

In 1997 during her third trip to the Caribbean, she decided to work along with him on charter boat where she discovered her culinary talent.

Since they have live and work together on Union Island for Captain Gourmet.

She’s a food enthusiast! She cooks, buys, taste our products and loves to share her knowledge.

She’s the Soul of Captain Gourmet!

 

Nicolas, Captain Gourmet’s owner and pilot.

Arrived in 1977  to the Grenadines, where he grew up on a boat with his parents, who founded Captain Gourmet in 1996 after 25 years of charter and sailing in the Caribbean.

After business studies in Paris, he came back to Union Island and worked as a skipper along with Linda, his wife and co-owner of Captain Gourmet since 2003, when they took over the the family business.

Now, he flies regularly to Martinique to bring back merchandise for Captain Gourmet.
