A: Because we are shipping perishable and seasonable goods, once your order is confirmed, your order most likely cannot be cancelled, unless your delivery date is more than two weeks ahead and you notified us with a week. Contact our office for more information.
Q: Can I setup and account?
A: Whether or not a customer can setup an account with Captain Gourmet is determined on a case by case basis. Please call our offices to enquire and make arrangements. We welcome your business.
Q: Exactly where are you located?
A: You cannot miss Captain Gourmet. We are on the main street in Clifton, Union Island. Just ask anyone of the friendly residents. They may even bring you by.
Q: What kind of products do you have?
A: In our store you will find high quality products, manufactured by some of the best in the business and also the leadeing brand of each category in the islands.
Q: When and where do you deliver?
A: Your submitted order will be delivered in your yacht (we will have the details from you or your agent) at the time they will specify that the yacht will be ready for delivery - until 6:00 pm.
Q: What happens if you delay my order?
A: If we delay the delivery of your order for over an hour, we will give you a refund on the of your order value in cash. When we say time of delivery, we mean the time that you have indicated to us.
Q: What if a product spoils?
A: Sensitive products such as fruits, milk etc will be separately packed. During delivery, they will be placed immediately in the yachts refrigerator in your presence. It is unlikely you will have spoilage. However should there be discrepancies please bring it to our attention for prompt resolution. Captain gourmet offer only the best.
