There's a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables from vendors along the main street and the local market there.  Don't forget to out Captain Gourmet for wines and other hard to find items.  They  also provision for yachts. There are several wonderful eating spots, boutiques and shops.  And if you are looking for music and some jump-up carnival style - Union Island is the heart of  the Grenadines."
